Rockingham South is an electoral district of the Enderronian Parliament in Cooksland Prefecture. It was created in the 1946 redistribution and first contested at the federal election later that year. It is located in the coastal southern suburbs of Rockingham.

The sitting member, since the 2010 federal election, is Nick Fenech, a member of the Social Democratic Party of Enderron.

History[]

Rockingham South covers a band of working class suburbs in Rockingham's south. It is a very safe electorate for the Social Democratic Party; the party has held the seat continuously since its creation other than from 1999 to 2002, when it was held by independent member Alan Lasseter.

The electorate has a very high population of Enderronians of Mediterranean descent, particularly Greeks, Italians and Maltese.
