The Division of Victoria is a Craftian federal division in the state of Western Craftia. It was created in 2004 and first contested at the federal election later that year. It is a provincial electorate named after and facing Victoria Harbour, directly to the north of the city of Richmond.
The sitting member, since the 2061 federal election, is Jordie Ralph-Wayne, a member of the National United Party.
History[]
Victoria has shrunk considerably since its creation in 2004, from an electorate encompassing the entirety of the northern tip of the Victoria Peninsula to a compact coastal one covering only the peri-urban area north of Richmond. The current incarnation of Victoria is approximately one-sixth of its original size. The seat has remained marginal throughout its entire existence, but has historically tended towards the United Party, having held the seat continuously from 2028 to 2055.
In the 2070 election, Victoria saw the lowest first preference vote for any candidate, being that of RUC–LA candidate Johnnie Notting, who received just 61 votes.
