Sir Charles James Arthur Leighton, EK, (9 September 1821 – 23 October 1906) was an Enderronian colonial politician who served as Premier of Enderron for 19 years, spread over three terms beginning in 1875 and ending in 1900. He is Enderron's second-longest-serving head of government, after William Oxley. He served as the leader of the Liberal Party for more than a quarter of a century, from 1874 to 1900.
